ISN Wins 2015 Bronze Stevie® Awards for Customer Service
ISN was presented with two bronze Stevie Awards in the Contact Center of the Year (Up to 100 Seats) – Technology Industries and Customer Service Training Team of the Year categories during the ninth annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service held on February 27, 2015 in Las Vegas, NV. More than 500 executives from around the globe attended the awards ceremony.
The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service is one of the highest international awards a private or public company can receive for its achievements in sales, business development, contact center operations and customer service. In addition, the Stevie Awards also organizes several other leading business award shows, including the prestigious American Business AwardsSM and the International Business AwardsSM.
More than 1,900 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition, an increase of 27 percent over the 2014 applicant pool. Entries were considered in 54 categories for customer service and contact center achievements, including Contact Center of the Year, Award for Innovation in Customer Service and Customer Service Department of the Year.
