ISN Expands Customer Outreach With Toronto-Based Office
ISN is pleased to announce its expansion in Canada with the addition of a Toronto-based office, slated to open in January 2015. With 60,000 customers worldwide, ISN will increase its service and industry outreach to over 16,000 of its customers with operations across Canada, including Ontario Power Generation, Toronto Hydro and Molson Coors.
“Our continual growth throughout the region allows ISN to offer an even greater level of support to our customers in Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic Canada,” said Brian Callahan, Executive Vice President of ISN. “This expansion provides us the opportunity for more interaction with our clients as we develop stronger partnerships to improve workplace safety.”
With its first Canadian implementation in June 2006, ISN opened its office in Calgary, Alberta in January 2007. Since then, Canadian customers across the oil and gas, utilities, mining, manufacturing, food and beverage, transportation and public sector industries have partnered with ISN to protect the health and safety of their employees, on-site contractors and the communities they touch.
Understanding the value that objective data plays in operational decisions, ISN publishes benchmarking reports that deliver key metrics to drive continual performance improvements. ISN offers Canadian-specific benchmarking publications that assist organizations with identifying areas of achievement and improvement within their respective fields. Serving as a global forum for sharing industry best practices and initiatives, ISN hosts users’ conferences, roundtables and one-on-one meetings around the world.
“The opening of our Toronto office is a testament of ISN’s commitment to our customers throughout Canada,” said Joseph Eastin, President and CEO of ISN. “We recognize the important role Toronto plays in global markets and look forward to enhancing our outreach.”
