ISN Conducts Over 1,200 Contractor One-On-One Meetings in 2014
To continue providing the highest level of customer service, ISN representatives travel to their customer’s businesses to learn more about their operations and offer assistance with their ISNetworld account. This year ISN has held more than 1,200 contractor one-on-one meetings in seven countries with over 2,300 attendees as part of its outreach effort. Each meeting is tailored to the contractor’s needs, providing them with an individualized customer service experience. The focus of ISN contractor one-on-one meetings includes the following:
- Review of Hiring Client requirements and assist with questions
- Presentation on ISNetworld added benefits, enhancements and tools
- Open discussion to gather feedback on ISNetworld products and services
“It’s important for us to reach out to our contractor customers to see where they work and learn about their individual needs,” said Dag Yemenu, ISN Vice President of Technical and Customer Services. “We value our relationships with our contractor customers and are dedicated to helping them meet industry, regulatory and Hiring Client requirements.” In addition to contractor one-on-one meetings, ISN offers numerous opportunities for face-to-face customer engagements around the world through Users Group Meetings, Help Desk sessions and Users Conferences.
